The 3 Levels of Reiki Explained

This level teaches the basics of Reiki, including hand positions for self-treatment and treatment of others, and introduces students to the concept of energy healing. Students learn how to channel Reiki energy and perform basic healing sessions.

This level teaches advanced Reiki techniques, including distance healing and the use of symbols to focus and enhance healing energy. Students also learn how to use Reiki to clear energy blockages and promote emotional healing.

This level is for students who wish to become Reiki Masters and teach Reiki to others. Students learn the Master symbol and advanced techniques for working with Reiki energy. They also learn how to give attunements, which are the energetic initiations that enable others to access Reiki energy.
