I release judgment of myself.
I'm becoming more and more in touch with my personal power.
I'm accepting every experience as a chance to learn and grow.
I always have a strong sense of purpose in my life.

When it comes to healing your gut, it's going to take multiple interventions and time -- in fact, the more damage and inflammation, the more time will be necessary to heal, so be patient! There are many experts and resources out there to help you along in your journey, but it's important for you to be your own health advocate!
I believe that every person has the power to make a full recovery with the right tools and mindset. I am so grateful that my friend and colleague, Catherine DeOrsey, came on during this series to share about her healing journey and full recovery from the Autoimmune disorder, Crohn's Disease.
