About Me
I’ve always been the kind of person who needs both evidence and intuition to make sense of the world. My background is rooted in science—personal training, clinical health coaching, corporate wellness, even being a Professor of Kinesiology—but I also have a deep love for integrating all those lessons into the bigger picture of life.

While I no longer teach energy healing or take Reiki clients, my years of experience in the wellness field inform everything I do now as a Holistic Business Coach. The truth is, I’ve walked through the overwhelm, the burnout, and the never-ending pressure to keep hustling. Spoiler alert: it's not sustainable.
